This coffee is from Producer Jorge Gutierrez Jimenez and Finca La Montana, located in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. Growing altitude for this lot is 1500 masl and varieties include Caturra and Catuai. Coffees are dried on raised beds for around 6 days.
On the lighter side of medium, it boasts flavors of toffee, caramel, pear, with good sweetness and freshness.
