Return Policy

Café Typica is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date, WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked, although to help us better serve our customers, we would love to know why.
EQUIPMENT
Email info@cafetypica.com with your order number to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Shipping damage must be noted at delivery and you need to contact the carrier as well as us. Defective merchandise should first be claimed through the manufacturer’s warranty and we should be notified so that we may assist in the process. Defective or damaged returns will be issued a return shipping label, all other causes; buyer will be responsible for shipping the item at their expense.
To cancel an order please contact Café Typica as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will immediately refund your purchase. If it has already shipped, we will refund your money as soon as we receive the product back.
COFFEE
We take great pride in roasting great beans into great coffee. Should you ever get a coffee that just isn’t good, we will replace it. Keep in mind that coffee has different characteristics based on growing region, growing conditions, processing and roasting profiles.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
