Paulo Giordani Teixeira is an agronomist and agrotechnical engineer who has started growing organic coffee, a practice that is relatively rare in Brazil, especially in the Minas Gerias region where his farm is located. Paulo studied and tested several healthy forms of cultivation such as Natural Agriculture, Biodynamics and Organic growing, which he has adapted to his farm in order to achieve a high quality organic coffee.
