This is an SHG EP grade coffee from Western Honduras. This microlot separation from producer Roberto Figueroa was dry milled at Beneficio San Vicente. This Catuai and Pacas variety coffee was grown at altitudes of over 1500 masl in El Cedral, Santa Barbara and is a washed processed product, dried on parabolic driers. There were only 38 bags available in this micro-lot, and they are already gone!
Look for Red fruits, blackberry, lemon, dark chocolate notes in this coffee. Medium roast.
