Owner and manger Concepción Villatoro Matías first purchased his farm, Finca Los Doc Socios, in 1990. Located near El Chalum, La Libertad of Guatemela’s Huehuetenango region he currently cultivates Caturra, Pache, and Pacamara varieties over the expanse of 150 acres with the help of his 5 employees.
For the future, they plan to expand the farm by buying adjacent land, planting more coffee, and even introducing new microlot-worthy varieties
