A group of small producers in the municipality of Inza Cauca formed Asobombo Inza. The group consists of 80 producers, including 12 women and 68 men. These smallholder farmers have been working in the area for 8 years.
The group formed Asobombo Inza with the priority of supporting producers in recovering soil, investing in crops, and improving their income to improve their quality of life. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,500-2,200 meters above sea level, and the varieties include Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo. The group washes the coffee and then sun dries it on patios and Marquesinas.
